As it has been said during the Welcome Breakfast at St. John's, some of us though New Yorkers were a bit rude. However, as soon as we arrived at John F. Kennedy airport on Monday 19th, I have personally changed my mind. We had to wait for the US Coachways driver to pick us up and take us to our residence. It was very early in the morning, it was really cold and we were quite tired after such a long trip. The bus was delayed and we were coming and going just wondering if we were waiting at the correct place. Suddenly, a very kind and funny woman who seemed to be a police officer appeared and suggested us to go and wait inside the airport so as not to get frozen. Her physical appearance and the way she laughed made me remember Whoopi Goldberg, the main Sister Act actrice. She kindly looked for our bus and thanks to her we could finally start our long-awaited experience at NYC.
