Second week in New York City!

This is almost the beginning of my third week here in New York. I´ve already visited many places and I still have a lot more to go to.

Last Tuesday I  went to  the Metropolitan Museum. I must confess this is one of the most interesting and amazing museums I´ve ever seen. I remember going thene once in 2008 but of course, time goes by, people get older and memories also fade away. Therefore, visiting the Met again was reassuring and I felt as if it was my 1st time there. I couldn't finish visiting it all but  I really liked what I saw: the American Wing , Arms and Armor and Egyptian Art.

I also walked in Central Park, visited  Chinatown and Soho and saw the Empire State Building. I´d love to go to the Highline tomorrow to the the spectacular view of the city.

I´m really enjoying the clases in St. Johns and  I´m having a good time in this huge city!
Í hope next week will be full of new and entertaining activities to do!

NYC is not as big as it seems! I ran over a colleague of mine in this neighborhood. The turned to be staying with her family only two buildings far from Ámsterdam Residence! What a great surprise!

  2. It really is a small world! What a coincidence. I've been reading lots of posts on the Met. I can't wait to go now!
