Exploring NYC!

During this second week in NYC, I visited the Museum of Contemporary and Modern Art. It's a fantastic museum full of beautiful paintings. It was great to have the chance to know by myself many of the pictures I had seen in books at school. I also went to the Metropolitan museum. There, I learnt a lot about world history. It's such a big building that I could visit just three wings of it: the Egyptian, the American and the Medival ones. It was an amazing experience!
I also went to the 9/11 Memorial with some of my classmates. There were a lot police officers at the entrance! It's very nice and there's a big plaque with names of all the victims of the terrorist attacks. We discovered that when it's the birthday of one of the victims a white rose is put over his/her name as a way of paying homage to.
Classes went on and I´m learning a lot about new approaches to language grammar and multiple techniques and features about the English pronunciation, stress and intonation. I am really enjoying my classes and I am looking forward to applying  all these new ideas in my future lessons when back in Argentina!

  1. We need to go back to the Metropolitan Museum and finish exploring it, then! I´m also enjoying our classes.
